What is Heat Transfer Vinyl | HTV?
Heat transfer vinyl, or HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on most fabrics and materials to create designs. It has an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application attaching the design onto the material.
HTV can be layered with different colors and patterns up to 4 layers MAX per design before running into complications.
To ensure maximum performance and quality of your HTV Designs, please follow your care instructions thoroughly.
What is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation printing, or Sub Printing for short, is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto the garment material (typically limited to lighter colored polyester or a polyester blend fabrics). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates and adheres into the fabric
Sub Printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric together as one. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric.
To ensure maximum performance and quality of your Sub Designs, please follow your care instructions thoroughly.
What are DTG Transfers?
Screen printing is a popular printing method, using a process that presses a paint like ink through a mesh screen onto the material in order to create a printed design. The ink is then set under a heat source to activate and harden the ink to set the design permanently onto your garment.
Currently we are only offering one color printing in house, which means we can accommodate simple one color designs.
To ensure maximum performance and quality of your Screenprint Designs, please follow your care instructions thoroughly.
